The AT&T Impulse 4G is actually built based on the Huawei U8800 (also known as Ideos X5). It features Android 2.2 Froyo (an upgrade to Gingerbread will hopefully be provided after launch), a 3.8 inch WVGA display, HSPA+, Wi-Fi, GPS, 3.5mm headset jack, 5MP camera with 720p video recording, and an 800MHz processor.
Interestingly the AT&T Impulse 4G use same battery Huawei U8800. The battery code is HB4F1.
